The Role

As a Sourcer, you are the starting point of our recruitment process. You proactively search for the best candidates, both active and passive, and build a strong talent pool for current and future vacancies. With your sharp eye for detail and strategic approach, you ensure our recruitment pipeline is always filled with top talent. You will do this using modern tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and Beamery.

You’ll work partly from home or from our office in Ede, as part of the Recruitment Team at 4PS and the Sourcing Hub of the Software Division of Hilti. Together with our international colleagues, including those from Fieldwire (San Francisco), we’ve established a Sourcing Hub, where you’ll play a key role. This hub focuses on finding top talent in the software and IT sectors and contributes to our shared international growth ambitions. Since our acquisition by Hilti in the summer of 2023, we’ve been working more closely on building a robust global recruitment strategy. You’ll join a team of six Talent Acquisition Specialists, working together to elevate our sourcing approach. Your work will have a direct impact on the success of 4PS and our global ambitions.

What will you do?

  • Actively search for candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and other creative channels.
  • Engage with candidates and inspire them to consider opportunities at 4PS Group.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for future vacancies.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit (if needed).
  • Keep candidate information up to date in the ATS, ensuring 100% data accuracy.
  • Share market and competitor insights to optimize our recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to determine the best sourcing strategies.

What do you bring?

  • A completed bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a recruitment environment (corporate or agency).
  • Affinity with IT and/or software-related roles is a plus.
  • Experience with LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • A curious, persistent mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Competencies in teamwork, networking, and persuasiveness.
